You'll receive an email once your order has been placed. Allow a few minutes for it to come through. If you order through the shop app, you may need to check within the app for notifications.
Absolutely. I have taken great care to research and apply that knowledge to our material selection, firing temperatures, durability, and functionality of those materials. I would never make you anything I would not use in our house myself...and im pretty picky. Rest assured, these pots are food safe, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe. With proper care they should last a lifetime.

That's tricky. We can, but often times shipping prices are wild. So reach out and I can get you a quote before you place the order.
Fulfillment times can vary from getting your pots shipped out the very same day to 3-4 weeks. If you are in a hurry, let me know in the form above before you order and I can work with your timelines. Saves headache for you and me!
Yes, One at a time on the potters wheel by Joe, using his two hands. Each one is made to pretty high accuracy standards, ensuring sets are cohesive and stack well. Small differences from one pot to the next make them special and unique from your friend who has some of our work as well!
The pots we make and send out the door are designed to be durable for a lifetime of use. Pottery is inherently fragile when dropped, bumped, knocked over, etc. Pottery will not crack on its own due to dishwashing, microwaving, or pouring hot water into a mug or bowl.
However, if a pot has been unknowingly cracked, you may not know until it is being used and starts to leak(usually and barely visible hairline crack). Unfortunately, accidents happen.
Customers have a 14 day window to contact us regarding their new pottery! We advise all customers to inspect their new pottery through use and carefully by eye. If pottery has arrived damaged due to shipping, we need to know in the allowed window so we can file a claim and get you a replacement.
We do not allow returns more than 14 days after the pottery arrived to the customer or 14 days after being bought in person.
